Qualification/Age limit/Remuneration

1. Superintendent: The candidate should have pursued a master’s degree in social work, sociology, anthropology, psychology, or any other relevant humanities discipline, as well as an MBA in human resources or another master’s degree and computer proficiency.
Age limit: 21-45 Years, Remuneration: Rs.33,100/- per month
2. Store keeper cum Accountant: The applicant should have done PG preferably in commerce / MBA(finance)
Age limit: 21-45 Years, Remuneration: Rs.18,536/- per month
3. Paramedical Staff/staff Nurse: Compounder, pharmacist, or holder of a diploma from an Indian government-approved school in Ayurveda, homeopathy, or unani.
Age limit: 21-45 Years, Remuneration: Rs.11,916/- per month
4. House Father/House Mother: The candidate should be graduate. Graduates in home science, psychology, and sociology will be advantageous for applicants.
Age limit: 21-45 Years, Remuneration: Rs.14,564/- per month
5. House keeper: Under Matric (8th to 10th)
Age limit: 21-45 Years, Remuneration: Rs.7,944/- per month

Selection procedure for Odisha Ashram School Recruitment 2025

The selection procedure shall follow the guidelines set forth in W&CD Department, Government of Odisha Resolution No. 10102-WCD-CW-MISC-0023-2020, dated September 15, 2020. The Mahapurusha Ashram Kanjiapal staff will only be engaged based on career marking, which is determined by the weighting assigned below. Regarding the hiring of contractual employees at Mahapurusha Ashram, Kanjiapal, the recruitment committee’s decision is final and not subject to justification.
