| 1. PGT: i. MA in English with B.Ed. from recognized Institute/Universities, OTET/OSSTET/CTET from State/ Central Govt. Board. ii. 55 % of mark in PG in the concerned subject and 2nd Class Honors securing 50% of marks in the concerned subject. iii. Competence in Computer Education. 2. TGT: i. The candidate should have pursued a Graduation degree with concerned honors subject and completed B.Ed. from recognized Institute/ Universities, ii. 50 % of marks in concerned honors subject. iii. Competence in Computer Education. 3. PRT (Science): i. B.Sc. (PCM/CBZ-Hons.) and B.Ed. from accredited universities, as well as OTE/OSSTET/CTET from the State or Central Government Board. ii. 50 % of marks in PCM/CBZ(Hons) iii. Competence in Computer Education. 4. PRT (Arts): i. B.A. in any Humanities (Hons.) or Social Sciences (Hons.) subject with a B.Ed. from an accredited university or institute, as well as OTET, OSSTET, or CTET from the State or Central Government Board. ii. 50% of marks in the Humanities (Hons.) and Social Science (Hons.) subjects. iii. Important information for the candidates relating to Saraswati Vidya Mandir Nalconagar, Angul Recruitment:
- All of the aforementioned positions are entirely contract-based and last for a year after the date of appointment. After the contract period is up, there won’t be any right of engagement, and there won’t be any tenure extensions longer than a year.
- Any degree or certificate program in physical education, music, or dance will be beneficial.
- Experience in accounting will be a benefit for the Junior Accountant position.
- The selection criteria, which include viva-voce, career, and experience, each carry 50, 2.5, and 10 marks, respectively. The maximum score for creating the panel list is 62.5.
- The first year of experience will not be worth any marks, and starting in the second year, the mark will be at 0.5 every year, up to a maximum of five years of experience, or 2.5 marks.
- If a candidate has any experience from the time before the B.Ed. result was published, no marks will be given for the contractual teacher’s tenure. If the candidate is still employed after the B.Ed. results are released, their experience will be taken into account.
- The Selection Committee will determine the weight and preference of applicants with greater qualifications and experience.
