National Law University Odisha is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Assistant professor and guest faculty on temporary basis. The interested candidates are required to go through the following vacancy details for applying the positions.

Demand draft of Rs. 1000/- for Assistant Professor on contract in case of General category and Rs.500 for SC/ST/SEBC categories.(The demand draft should be drawn in favour of Registrar, National Law University Odisha, payable at Cuttack) |
Instructions for the candidates:
- If a candidate does not join within the allotted period, National Law University Odisha has the right to: (i) draw a panel for a future appointment. (ii) to take into account applications submitted beyond the deadline; nonetheless, eligibility will be assessed as of the application deadline.(iii) to consider applicants applying from overseas or from the SAP/PC category for a Skype interview; (iv) to not fill any of the listed positions; and (v) to consider “in-absentia” individuals who may have applied but are unable to attend the interview. (vi) To adjust the number of positions in accordance with the criteria.
- If a candidate is applying for more than one position, they must complete a separate application form for each position.
- The candidates’ eligibility will be assessed based on the qualifications they have obtained up until the application deadline.
- National Law University Odisha maintains the right, at any time and for any reason, to cancel any advertised position. Additionally, the University retains the right to decide whether or not to fill the position, and its choice will be final.
- Any candidate who may have been shortlisted due to inaccurate information they submitted or an unintentional mistake on the part of the university may be disqualified by National Law University Odisha. Any individual who is chosen or appointed based on false information provided by the applicant may be fired at any time.
- In the event of a typographical error prior to the deadline for applications, National Law University Odisha retains the right to make changes or add information to the advertisement or website. Candidates are encouraged to monitor the National Law University Odisha website for announcements regarding these changes.
- Any candidate who tries to influence the selection process through lobbying or canvassing may be disqualified by National Law University Odisha.
