DPMU Nuapada job Vacancy 2025: DISTRICT PLANNING & MONITORING UNIT (DPMU) Nuapada has released notification on 31/05/2025 for the engagement of Enumerators on temporary basis.

DPMU (Statistical Wing) Nuapada is inviting applications from local youth for the recruitment of Enumerators on temporary basis to conduct the Minor Irrigation Census and Census of Waterbodies. Qualification & Experience

Essential: Applicants must have earned an engineering diploma from an approved government university or completed the 10+2 exam administered by the CHSE, CBSE, or ICSE. Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate in both English and Odia. Basic computer skills are required of the candidate. A smartphone (Android 10.0 or later) with an internet connection is required. A minimum of 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of ROM are required, as is a minimum battery of 5000 MaH.

Desirable: Candidates with prior experience collecting data via digital apps from government, non-government, educational, or banking institutions will be given preference.

Remuneration

a) Filed Allowance for the 7th MI Census and the 2nd Water Bodies Census, at Rs.900 and Rs.720/-per village, respectively. b) The 7th MI Census will be conducted with Patwari Allowance and Rs.2300 each village. c) Fees of Rs.750/-for the use of personal mobile devices prior to the second water body census. Allowance of Rs.165/-per day for training attendance. g) There is no TA or DA for field work.

Job responsibility
Using a mobile app, the enumerator will carry out fieldwork for the 7th Minor Irrigation Census and the 2nd Census of Water Bodies in a maximum of 40 villages or 10 Urban Wards within the relevant District.

Selection Procedure for DPMU Nuapada job Vacancy 2025:

Through examination and assessment of their credentials, qualified applicants will be chosen.
The highest percentage of marks earned in the Matriculation and Intermediate (+2) Exams, with 40% and 60% weighting, respectively, may be used to create a preliminary list of applicants. Candidates with the greatest level of education will be given preference in the event of a tie.

Important Instructions for the candidates regarding DPMU Nuapada job Vacancy:

The enumerators’ work is temporary in nature, and they will not be regarded as DPMUS contractual workers.
After completing the Census Work, they will not submit a claim for regularization.
A written agreement between the Deputy Director (Planning & Statistics), District Planning & Monitoring Unit (1st Party), and the chosen youths (2nd Party) must be signed by the enumerator throughout the engagement period and submitted on non-judicial stamp paper for 10/- (Rupees ten only).
The enumerators will work for the Irrigation and Waterbody Census from the date of engagement until the field survey is finished.
The additional terms and conditions for enumerators’ employment will follow the government-approved SOP in the P&C Department.
The authority has the power to remove the advertisement at any time without providing a justification.

Candidates will apply for the enumerator position via registered mail or speed post to address Deputy Director (P&S) DPMU, Nuapada, or by placing their application in the box located in the DD, DPMU, Nuapada (Statistics wing).
