Retired Lecturers of Govt. Colleges/ Vocational HS Schools, (ii) Retired faculties of Govt and Private ITI/ Polytechnic / Technical Institution, (iii) Retired teachers of other Govt College/HSS. who have not completed 65 years of age. (iv) Inservice persons or self employed persons in the same profession/subject with requisite qualification or (V) Fresh candidates having requisite qualification (in the event of non-
availaibility of retired teachers)
