District Court Balasore Recruitment 2025: Office of the District Judge Balasore has released notification on 20/05/2025 for the engagement of Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Junior Typist and Salaried Amin.

Office of the District Judge Balasore under govt. of Odisha invites applications from eligible candidates from Odisha for recruitment of Junior Clerk, Junior Typist and Salaried Amin. The interested candidates are suggested to go through the following vacancy details before applying for the post.

Educational Qualification
The candidate should have successfully completed at least a +3 Examination or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university. And also have passed a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute. For Salaried Amin the candidate must have passed the Revenue Inspector Training from a recognized institute.

Age Limit
As of June 17, 2025, candidates must be at least 18 years old and under 32, with the understanding that the upper age limit for the corresponding reserved categories will be loosened in line with the provisions of the applicable Act, Rules, Orders, or directives issued by the government or appropriate authority currently in effect.

Other eligibilities:

Must be an Indian citizen.
Must have passed an Odia language test that meets the M.E. Standard and be able to read, write, and speak the language.
Must possess decent character.
Must be in good physical condition, free from communicable diseases, organic defects, and physical infirmities.
If married, no more than one spouse may reside.
His or her name has to be listed in an Employment Exchange.
He or she shouldn’t be the subject of any ongoing criminal proceedings.
To be considered for the position of Junior Typist, one must be able to type in English at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
Candidates who are employed by the State or Central Government, whether temporarily or permanently, may apply as long as they meet the age requirements and have the necessary qualifications. They must obtain a “No Objection Certificate” and provide written notice to their respective Heads of Office about their application submission for this recruitment.

Application along with the required documents and self-attested copies of certificates duly signed by the candidates shall reach the District Judge, Balasore At-Civil Courts, Balasore, Pin-756001 positively by speed post/Registered post. The application received after due date & time i.e. 05.00 PM of 23.06.2025 shall be summarily rejected.

General Instructions:

Applications that are submitted after the deadline will be summarily denied.
Candidates who are currently employed by the government must apply through the appropriate method.
Application received without the applicant’s entire signature will be summarily dismissed.
Each post should have its own application, with the name of the post clearly written on the top of the application and envelope (in capital letters with an underline). The candidates must sign each copy of their testimonials.
The application will be summarily rejected if it is determined to be flawed or incomplete in any way or to not meet any of the standards listed in the advertisement.
Caste certificates, Odia test pass certificates, PwD certificates, sports certificates, and ex-serviceman discharge certificates must have been issued by the appropriate authority by the application deadline.
The application will be rejected if the applicant engages in any kind of canvassing.

Selection Procedure:

There will be written examination for each category of post followed by Computer science Test(Practical) and Viva-voice test. There will be Practical (In Field Measurement) for Salaried Amin.
