Senior Trainer

Basic Qualification: The candidate should have pursued Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication / EEE Eng. / M.Sc. in Electronics or equivalent.
Experience: The candidate must be able to run the courses autonomously and have at least five years of experience working in a tool room or MSME technology center.
Remuneration: Salary is based on experience and qualifications.

Faculty (SAP)

Basic Qualification: The candidate should have pursued Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
Experience: The candidate have at least one year experience as a trainer or faculty for SAP modules
SAP Certification.
Skill Set: In-depth knowledge SAP module(s) and its integration with other modules. Able to conduct training sessions virtually (online) as well as in a classroom

Faculty (Mathematics)

Basic Qualification: The candidate should have pursued Post-Graduation in Mathematics: Preferably, a B.Ed. or M.Ed. with Mathematics

Skill Set: The candidate needs to have strong conceptual knowledge and proficiency in fundamental mathematics, including geometry, trigonometry, probability, statistics, algebra, and calculus

Faculty (English)

Faculty (Mechatronics)

Basic Qualification: The candidate should have pursued Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics / Electronics / Electronics & instrumentation / Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of two years of teaching or industrial experience is required of candidates with a diploma, but B.Tech graduates may apply as freshers.
Skill Set: Proficiency in: PLC programming and industrial automation / Microcontrollers (Arduino, PIC, STM32, etc.) / Robotics platforms (e.g., ROS, VEX, MATLAB/Simulink.

Technician (Welder)

Basic Qualification: The candidate should have pursued ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Certificate in Welding Trade. Any certification in Arc/MIG/TIG welding from a recognized institute.
Experience: Two years or more of practical welding experience in a reputable shop or business.
Skill Set: Competence in a variety of welding processes, including gas, TIG, MIG, and arc welding

Technician(Maintenance)

Basic Qualification: The candidate should have pursued Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
Experience: Four years or more of practical experience maintenance of machinery in a manufacturing industry.
Skill Set: Thorough understanding of machine tools, CNC machines, and traditional machinery. Proficiency in predictive, breakdown, and preventive maintenance.
The capacity to diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical problems with production machinery.
