- Candidates who currently have a regular or contract position in the health department must submit a completed application form and a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer or head of office.
- Interested applicants can come with all supporting documentation they are claiming, which can be accessed from the Dhenkanal district’s official website at https://dhenkanal.odisha.gov.in/.
- A certificate for conversion to the appropriate percentage of marks must be supplied at the time the application form is submitted if the marks received are in the form of CGPA, OGPA, DGPA, GPA, CPI, etc.; otherwise, the form will be refused.
- Attendance is not permitted for candidates who have been expelled from the Society for administrative reasons, such as disobedience, poor performance, misbehavior, criminal activity, etc.
- Regarding this topic, no personal correspondence or inquiries will be accepted. The authority maintains the discretion to reject any or all applications without providing a justification.
- There will be no TA or DA for going to the interview.
- When attending a walk-in interview, candidates are asked to provide the necessary paperwork and a completed application. An application that is not properly completed and does not include any of the following papers may be rejected. Freshmen with a provisional certificate may apply.

Candidates can show up for the interview on Dt. at the CDM & PHO-cum-DMD office in Dhenkanal, Pin-759001. Registration will only be open on walk-in interview dates from 10:00 to 11:00.
