In order to work on the following supported projects, Bhubaneswar is seeking applications from young, motivated research personnel for the following positions:

Qualification	In addition to three years of relevant research, teaching, design, and development experience in the fields of polymer blends, alloys, composites, polymer processing, and recycling, the candidate should hold a full-time Ph.D. in polymer science, technology, plastics engineering, or chemistry from an accredited university or its equivalent, and they should have at least one research paper published in a SCI journal. Candidates may also apply if they have already turned in their Ph.D. thesis.

Skill Set	Proficiency in project management and planning, as well as communication with state and federal government departments and agencies regarding incubation cells. Possess outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent abilities in marketing, leadership, problem-solving, revenue generation, and creativity are required.

Important instructions for candidates:-

The contract is entirely temporary and is originally only for one (1) year, but it may be extended based on the needs of the project, the candidate’s performance, and institute policies.
The candidate is not permitted to enroll in any other course, either full-time or part-time, and must dedicate all of their time to the project work.
At the time of the interview, the original copies of all certificates, degrees, mark sheets, age proof, and other testimonials should be presented. The application will be denied if the necessary documents are not submitted by the applicant.
Should a candidate be found guilty of providing false information, appropriate action will be taken and the candidate will be required to reimburse all of the money that was paid to them.
