Ravenshaw University Guest Faculty Recruitment 2026 through Walk-in-interview

Ravenshaw University Recruitment 2026: Ravenshaw University, Kataka (Odisha) has issued notification for the Engagement of Guest Faculty in different Self-financing Courses/ Departments. Interested and eligible candidates are invited to attend the walk-in-interview for engagement as Guest Faculty in the subjects/programmes, namely, MCA, JMC, ITM and Rural Development Study Programme.

Vacancy Details (ଶୂନ୍ୟପଦ ବିବରଣୀ)

Requirements in Nos. for Guest Faculty positions:

• ITM: 06
• MCA: 03
• JMC: 03
• Rural Development Study Programme: 02

Eligibility Criteria (ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ମାପଦଣ୍ଡ)

• The eligibility criteria for the engagement shall be the same as prescribed for the post of Assistant Professor in the respective subjects, as per UGC Regulation, published in the Gazette of India, as amended from time to time.

Salary Details (ଦରମାବିବରଣୀ)

• The engagement shall be purely temporary, for a period of one Semester one year, on a fixed remuneration of Rs.1,000/- per class subject to a maximum of Rs.35, 000/- per month and can be terminated any time without assigning any reasons.

ଚୟନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା (Selection Process)

• The selection will be done through a Walk-in-Interview.
• The interview will be conducted in the Office of the Vice-Chancellor.

ଆବେଦନ କରିବାର ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ (How to Apply)

1. The candidates are required to attend the interview along with a filled in application form as in the given format (enclosed).
2. Attach a set of self-attested photo copies of their certificates and mark-sheets of all examinations passed.
3. Paste a passport size photograph on the front page of the application form.
4. Present all original certificates and documents at the time of the walk-in-interview.

Documents to be brought at the time of interview:

1. Filled in Application Form with a passport size photograph affixed on the top of the application (Format enclosed).
2. A set of self-attested photo copies of certificates and mark sheets of all examinations passed.
3. Original certificates and mark sheets of all examinations passed for verification.
4. Experience Certificate(s) from competent authority where applicable.
5. Copies of publications, if any.

ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାବଳୀ (Important Instructions)

• The engagement of Guest Faculty is purely temporary for one Semester which may be extended by one more Semester.
• Canvassing or hiding any fact in any form will lead to the disqualification of the candidate.
