🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Science discipline with at least 55% marks, along with NET/M.Phil./Ph.D.
Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates with specialization in Philosophy, Psychology, or Cognitive Science.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Conduct literature reviews and develop conceptual frameworks.
Design and administer research tools.
Conduct surveys, interviews, or simulations.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data.
Prepare reports, presentations, and publications.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Project Director.

Eligibility/Qualifications

1. Professor of Education:
i. Postgraduate Degree with minimum 55% marks in the discipline relevant to the area of specialization.
ii. Post Graduate degree in Education (M.Ed. or M.A Education) with minimum 55% marks.
iii. Ph.D. degree in Education or in the discipline relevant to the area of specialization.
iv. Any other qualification or length of Professional Teaching experience as per UGC or State Government norms for the position of Professor and Associated Professor.
2. Associate Professor of Education:
i. Postgraduate Degree with minimum 55% marks in the discipline relevant to the area of specialization.
ii. Post Graduation degree in Education (M.Ed. or M.A. Education) with minimum 55% marks.
iii. Ph.D. degree in Education or in the discipline relevant to the area of specialization.
iv. Any other qualification or length of Professional Teaching experience as per UGC or state Government norms for the position of Professor and the position of Professor and associated Professor.
3. Assistant Professor of Education:
i. Postgraduate degree in Biological Science with minimum 55% marks and M.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks.
Desirable: Ph.D., degree in Education with Subject Specializations.

Important information for the candidates relating to Rajendra University Recruitment 2025:

In addition to meeting the requirements listed above, the candidate for the position of Assistant Professor must have passed the UGC-conducted National Eligibility Test (NET). But candidates with the NET requirement will not apply to Ph.D. degrees in education granted in compliance with the UGC (Minimum Standard and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. degree) Regulation 2009.
The appointment will not grant the right to regularly apply for the position.
The appointees will not be eligible for any additional benefits that this university offers its faculty.
Additionally, the University has the authority to appoint for as long as it thinks appropriate or to end the appointment at any moment without providing a justification. Any legal problems will solely fall under the purview of Balangir’s jurisdiction.
Attending the interview will not result in any payment of TA/DA.
The university retains the right to completely or partially cancel notice at any time without providing a justification, and it also retains the right to fill positions as needed.
