Official notification has been released on 15/05/2025 for the recruitment at NHM Deogarh for various positions on contractual basis.

National Health Mission(NHM), of Deogarh district invites applications from eligible candidates for filling up the following positions contractual basis through walk-in-interview . The interested candidates are suggested to go through the following vacancy detail before applying for the position.

Pediatrician, DEIC

Qualification: In addition to having an M.D. in pediatrics, a National Board of Child Health Diploma, or a Diploma in Child Health from any accredited university or institution, the candidate must have earned an MBBS degree from an institution approved by the National Medical Council of India. The Odisha Council of Medical Registration must have granted him or her a valid registration.
Age Limit: A candidate should be between the ages of 21 and 65.
Remuneration: The candidate will receive consolidated amount of Rs.82016/- per month as remuneration.

MO (MBBS) DEIC

Qualification: The candidate must have graduated with an MBBS from an Indian National Medical Council-approved institution. Both a valid registration from the Odisha Council of Medical Registration and a completed mandatory internship are prerequisites.
Age Limit: A candidate should be between the ages of 21 and 65.
Remuneration: The candidate will receive consolidated amount of Rs.65,112/- per month as remuneration.

M.O. (MBBS) SNCU

Qualification: The candidate must have graduated with an MBBS from an Indian National Medical Council-approved institution. must have finished the required internship and had a current Odisha Council of Medical Registration registration. ideally having two years of experience working in a pediatric unit. However, DCH and MD (Pediatrics) are better.
Age Limit: A candidate should be between the ages of 21 and 65.
Remuneration: The candidate will receive consolidated amount of Rs.65,112/- per month as remuneration.

Ayush MO-RBSK Ayurvedic

Qualification: The candidate must have graduated from an accredited university with a bachelor’s degree in either homeopathic medicine and surgery (B.H.M.S.) or ayurvedic medicine and surgery (B.A.M.S.). He or she needs to have finished the internship training.
He or she must be currently registered with the Board of Ayurvedic/Homeopathic Medicine or the Odisha State Council. No temporary registration document is acceptable.
Age Limit: A candidate should be between the ages of 21 and 38.
Remuneration: The candidate will receive consolidated amount of Rs.28,118/- per month as remuneration.

Psychiatric Nurse

Qualification: The candidate must be registered with the Odisha Nurse & Midwives Council and have graduated with a General Nursing Midwifery/B Sc. Nursing degree from any of the three government nursing schools of three medical colleges or schools of nursing (MCL, Talcher/iGH, Rourkela, or another accredited private institution as approved by INC). A diploma in psychiatric nursing is required.
If a candidate lacks a diploma in psychiatric nursing, they may be accepted if they have the fundamental qualifications listed in (i) above and have completed one month of psychiatric nursing training at NIMHANS, CIP, LGBRIMH-Tezpur, or other recognized institutes as listed in the attached list.
Age Limit: A candidate should be up to 65 years.
Remuneration: The candidate will receive consolidated amount of Rs.20,745/- per month as remuneration.

Psychiatric Social Worker under NMHP

Qualification: A postgraduate degree in social work and a master’s degree in psychiatric social work must be earned by candidates after completing a two-year full-time program at any university approved by the University Grants Commission that includes supervised clinical training.
Candidates need to have passed from Odia to ME.
Age Limit: A candidate should be up to 45 years.
Remuneration: The candidate will receive consolidated amount of Rs.33,088/- per month as remuneration.

Office Assistant

Qualification: The candidate must have graduated from an accredited university with at least 55% of aggregate marks. Additionally, the candidate must have completed the Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited’s PGDCA, DCA, MCA, BCA, or Odisha State Certificate in Information Technology (OS-CIT) program, or any comparable courses from an accredited institution.
Age Limit: A candidate should be between the ages of 21 and 40.
Remuneration: The candidate will receive consolidated amount of Rs.18,160/- per month as remuneration.

Accountant-cum-DEOQ, DPMU

Qualification: A commerce graduate with at least 50% of mark in aggregate must be the candidate. He or she should have at least two years of post-qualification accounting work experience in addition to having a foundational understanding of computers.
Age Limit: A candidate should be between the ages of 21 and 35.
Remuneration: The candidate will receive consolidated amount of Rs.20,745/- per month as remuneration.

RMNCH+A Counselor

Qualification: The candidate must have earned at least 55% of marks in a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, sociology, or public administration from any accredited university or institution.
OR
The candidate must have earned at least 55% of marks in a master’s degree in social work, psychology, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, sociology, or public administration from any accredited university or institution.
Age Limit: A candidate should be up to 35 years.
Remuneration: The candidate will receive consolidated amount of Rs.20,745/- per month as remuneration.

How to apply:

The application form in the prescribed format, together with one set of self-attested photocopies of the certificates attesting to the applicant’s age, experience, educational background, photo, and self-photo ID proof (AADHAR, PAN, voter card, etc.), must be sent by registered or speed post only to interested candidates who meet the eligibility requirements for the positions for Psychiatric Nurse, Psychiatric Social Worker under NMHP, Accountant-cum-DEOQ, DPMU, Office Assistant and RMNCH+A Counselor. The application must be sent by June 16, 2025, at the latest, to the CDM & PHO, Deogarh, At/PO/Dist-Deogarh, Odisha, Pin-768108.
Interested candidates who meet the requirements for the positions for Pediatrician, DEIC, M.O. (MBBS) SNCU, MO (MBBS) DEIC and Ayush MO-RBSK Ayurvedic must attend the walk-in interview at the CDM & PHO, Deogarh office on the day and time specified for the position. Registration will only be open on walk-in interview days from 10.30 AM to 12 PM. Candidates should not be taken into consideration if they did not register their names in a timely manner. Candidates must bring the completed application form in the format specified, as well as one set of self-attested Xerox or photocopies of their original documents attesting to their age, experience, educational background, and self-photo ID proof (such as an Aadhar, PAN, or voter card).
