- Specialist Grade-I (Radiology): MCI recognized MD, DNB, or equivalent PG degree in Radio Diagnosis with 9 years of post-PG experience in Radio Diagnosis.
- Specialist Grade-II (Radiology): MCI recognized MD, DNB, or equivalent PG degree in Radio Diagnosis with 3 years of post-PG experience in Radio Diagnosis.
- Specialist Grade-II (Preventive Oncology): MCI recognized MD, DNB, or equivalent in Preventive & Social Medicine, Community Medicine, Radiotherapy, Gynaecology, ENT, Surgery, or General Medicine with 3 years of post-PG experience in Preventive Oncology.
- Scientist-B: Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Physics, Biophysics, Organic Chemistry, Pharmacology, Epidemiology, Physiology, Molecular Biology, or Biotechnology, alongside a Ph.D. or recognized medical qualification with 3 years of research or teaching experience.
- Consultant (Haemato-Oncology): DNB or DM in Clinical Haematology, or MD in Pathology with 5 years of experience in Haematology.
- Age Limits: Upper age limit is set at 50 years for Specialist Grade-I, 45 years for Specialist Grade-II and Consultant, and 40 years for Scientist-B, with age relaxations applicable as per Government of India norms.
