Educational Qualification & Experience
Contract Faculty (Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)/ Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETC) : The applicant should have pursued B.E/ B.Tech and M.E/ M.Tech degree in engineering in relevant subject area for engineering streams (CSE, ETC) or Equivalent.
Contract Faculty (Mathematics): The applicant should have pursued M.Sc. (Mathematics) or
Equivalent
Contract Faculty (Management): The applicant should have pursued MBA or Equivalent

Desirable: The applicant should have Ph.D. degree in relevant discipline and consistently
good academic record
Desirable Experience: The applicant needs to have 1-2 years of experience of teaching B.Tech. students
Remuneration
The candidate with Master degree will receive consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 60,000 /- and Ph.D. degree will receive consolidated monthly salary of Rs.65,000/-.
Tenure for appointment
According to institute regulations, the chosen candidate’s initial employment will last six months, but it may be extended for a maximum of three years based on performance and institute requirements.

Method of Selection:

  1. Based on appropriate merit standards, the Institute may shortlist applicants based on the volume of applications. Interview invitations will be sent to the shortlisted candidates.
  2. The candidates will present their ideas to the relevant department’s professors.
  3. Personal interview

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The candidates will be chosen in the end based on their performance in the presentation and interview, as well as their educational and professional backgrounds.
  2. The applicants must hold degrees from any accredited college or university.
  3. A candidate’s eligibility alone does not provide them the right to be contacted for an interview or selection. In every case, the Institute’s judgment will be final.
  4. The Contractual Faculty must carry out additional tasks and responsibilities delegated by the appropriate authority in addition to their instructional responsibilities.
  5. The Institute will periodically prescribe the guidelines and requirements controlling the number of teaching days and workload. In order to complete the tasks assigned, contractual faculty members must report to work on all working days as directed by the institute.
  6. The Contractual Faculty will be required to adhere to the Institute’s statutes, orders, regulations, and rules.
  7. The contractual professor will be solely responsible for paying all taxes, including income tax. Nonetheless, in accordance with current laws, rules, and regulations, a tax reduction at source will be applied to the payable compensation at the appropriate rates.
  8. Subject to availability, residential housing on campus may be offered in accordance with the Institute’s policies and procedures.
  9. Any or all of the posted positions may be withdrawn by the Institute at any time.
