Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the interview, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree or PG Diploma in Agri-business Management, Rural Management, Agricultural Economics, or Business Administration (Marketing) with a degree in Agriculture & Allied Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in value chain development.
- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years as of the date of the advertisement publication.
- Skills: Proficiency in English and Odia, high computer literacy (MS Office), and strong analytical skills.
Selection Process for IMAGE Odisha Recruitment
The selection involves a three-stage scrutiny process:
- Stage 1: Verification of age, minimum educational qualifications, and relevant experience.
- Stage 2: Scrutiny of academic career and relevant experience (70 marks; minimum 50 marks required to proceed).
- Stage 3: Personal Interview (30 marks).
Final selection is based on the combined marks of the second and third stages.
