1. Minimum Educational Qualifications

Jr. Overman: 3-year Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering; valid Overman Competency Certificate (Un-Restricted) from DGMS; valid First Aid and Gas Testing Certificates.
Mining Sirdar: Senior Secondary (10+2) OR Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering; valid Mining Sirdarship Certificate (Un-Restricted) from DGMS; valid First Aid and Gas Testing Certificates.
Surveyor: Senior Secondary (10+2) OR Diploma/Degree in Mining/Mine Surveying Engineering; valid Survey Certificate of Competency (Un-Restricted) from DGMS.
Translator (OL): B.A. or equivalent with Hindi & English; Government Diploma in Hindi Translation is preferred.
Technician (Pathology): Diploma in Pathology from a government-recognized institute.

EWS Certificate: Candidates who are economically disadvantaged and belong to the Economically Weaker Sections category must submit a certificate of income and assets that is valid as at the cutoff date.
