Qualification	a) A degree or diploma in civil engineering is a prerequisite. b) Desired Qualification: A retired civil engineer with a strong track record who held the positions of assistant engineer and assistant executive engineer in the government department.
Experience	Ten years or more in a relevant government service field.
Age limit	Less than 65 as of July 1, 2025. Candidates who are younger will be given preference.
Remuneration	Retired government employees’ monthly consolidated salary based on their eligibility under the Finance Department Circular
Location	Deogarh, Bargarh, Kalahandi, Angul, Boudh, Sonepur, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh
Nature of appointment	Contractual

Duties and Responsibility:

He will work at the District WODC Office where he has been assigned.
Examining plans and estimates, including updated estimates of the work that various Executing Agencies have provided to the WODC District Office.
He is responsible for verifying the land state and site plan for the work that the Executing Agencies will be performing.
Along with WODC personnel, he will inspect the work being done by the Executing Agency to make sure it is being done in accordance with the WODC’s authorized plans, estimates, and specifications.
Oversee and keep an eye on WODC-funded projects in accordance with the standard operating procedure (SOP) that is communicated to Executing Agencies.
He will accompany district-level authorities and Bhubaneswar WODC officials to various Executing Agencies’ locations for oversight and reporting.
He will operate under the technical direction of WODC’s Technical Consultant.
