Duties and Responsibility:

He will work at the District WODC Office where he has been assigned.
Examining plans and estimates, including updated estimates of the work that various Executing Agencies have provided to the WODC District Office.
He is responsible for verifying the land state and site plan for the work that the Executing Agencies will be performing.
Along with WODC personnel, he will inspect the work being done by the Executing Agency to make sure it is being done in accordance with the WODC’s authorized plans, estimates, and specifications.
Oversee and keep an eye on WODC-funded projects in accordance with the standard operating procedure (SOP) that is communicated to Executing Agencies.
He will accompany district-level authorities and Bhubaneswar WODC officials to various Executing Agencies’ locations for oversight and reporting.
He will operate under the technical direction of WODC’s Technical Consultant.
