Project Details: ICSSR (Govt. of India) sponsored Minor Research Project entitled “Challenges & Work Realities in Informal Sector: A Study on Purulia’s Female Chhau Practitioners” at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science, Vinaya Bhavana, Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan, India.

Essential Qualification: Post Graduation in Social Science discipline (Physical Education) with 55% with NET, M.Phil./Ph.D.
Desirable Qualification & Skills: Post Graduation in Physical Education with 55% with NET, M.Phil./Ph.D. along with proficiency in report writing, and knowledge of relevant tools, techniques, or software required for research.

Mode of Selection: Walk-in Interview
Suitable candidates will be shortlisted after verification of the documents and will be considered by the duly constituted Selection Committee.

Interested and eligible candidates are invited to appear for the Walk-in Interview on the specified date and venue.
Candidates are required to bring the required documents in original along with one set of self-attested photocopies during the interview.

Updated CV mentioning educational qualifications, desirable skills, and research experience, if any.
Self-attested copies of mark sheets and certificates.
NET/M.Phil./Ph.D. certificate.
Original certificates and testimonials for verification.

The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
The appointment is purely temporary basis and will be governed by the norms as stipulated by the Visva-Bharati for project staffs under the funded project.
The appointment may be ended at any time before the given period if the work is not satisfactory or if the project is completed. No prior notice or reason is required for termination.
Candidates must bring all original certificates for verification during the interview.
No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview or joining the post.
