Official notification has been released on 02/05/2025 for the recruitment at NHM Jagatsinghpur for various post under SNCU, NCD, UPHCs & UAAM on contractual basis.

National Health Mission(NHM), of Jagatsinghpur district is going to conduct walk-in-interview for filling up the following positions contractual basis. The interested candidates are suggested to go through the following vacancy detail before applying for the position.

Medical Officer – Special Newborn Care Unit (SNCU)

Qualification: The applicant must hold a current registration with the Odisha Council of Medical Registration and have completed their MBBS at an institution approved by the Medical Council of India.
Experience: Two years of post-qualification work experience at an accredited healthcare facility is required of the candidate.
OR
Qualification: The applicant must have earned a diploma from an accredited healthcare institution or an M.D. in pediatrics and needs to be currently registered with the Odisha Council of Medical Registration.
Experience: Two years of post-qualification work experience at an accredited healthcare facility is required of the candidate.

Doctor – Non communicable Diseases (NCD)
Qualification: The applicant must hold a current registration with the Odisha Council of Medical Registration and have completed their MBBS at an institution approved by the Medical Council of India. The applicant must have completed compulsory internship.

Medical Officer– Urban PHC, Paradeep
Qualification: The applicant must hold a current registration with the Odisha Council of Medical Registration and have completed their MBBS at an institution approved by the Medical Council of India. The applicant must have completed compulsory internship.

Medical Officer– Urban PHC, Jagatsinghpur
Qualification: The applicant must hold a current registration with the Odisha Council of Medical Registration and have completed their MBBS at an institution approved by the Medical Council of India. The applicant must have completed compulsory internship.

Medical Officer– Urban Ayushman Arogya Mandir (UAAM), Jagatsinghpur
Qualification: The applicant must hold a current registration with the Odisha Council of Medical Registration and have completed their MBBS at an institution approved by the Medical Council of India. The applicant must have completed compulsory internship.

Age Limit
The candidate must be over 21 years and under 67 years old as on 01.5.2025.

Remuneration
The candidate will receive monthly Rs. 68,892+PI as remuneration.

General Terms and conditions:

Every position is contractual, with an initial engagement length of 11 months that may be extended based on need and appropriateness.
Every employment is co-terminus with the scheme and is entirely temporary. Any kind of canvassing will disqualify the applicant for the job.
Applicants who currently hold a regular or contract position in the health department must provide a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer; otherwise, they will not be considered.
At the time of registration, the applicant must provide the completed application form, which can be accessed from www.jagatsinghpur.odisha.gov.in, a color passport-sized photo, and a self-attested photocopy of any pertinent certificates and mark sheets.
Any application that is not complete will be denied.
The exam will be held on the following working day if it cannot be held on the planned date.
The selection process shall follow the guidelines established by the Mission Director of NHM, Odisha.
By obtaining the application form from the website www.jagatsinghpur.odisha.gov.in, interested applicants who meet the eligibility requirements can attend the walk-in interview at the Office of the CDM & PHO-Cum-DMD, Jagatsinghpur. However, the completed application, fully signed by the applicant, and copies of all supporting documentation that have been self-attested must be brought to the walk-in interview.
At the time of application form submission, a certificate for conversion as applicable to percentage of marks must be submitted if the marks received are in the form of CGPA, OGPA, DGPA, GPA, CPI, etc.; otherwise, the form will be refused.
Students who are too young, too old, underqualified, or who receive less than the required percentage of marks in the required educational program will be disqualified.
A candidate’s application for a position will not be considered if it is discovered that they have concealed any material information or provided false information or documents. If they have already been hired based on the aforementioned information or documents, their employment with the society will be immediately terminated. Candidates are not permitted to apply if they have previously been removed from society for administrative reasons, such as disobedience, poor performance, misbehavior, criminal conduct, etc.
After the above-mentioned day and time, no candidate will be allowed to attend the walk-in interview. Personal questions or correspondence won’t be answered. The official website will be used for all correspondence.
The panel for the aforementioned positions will also be applicable to comparable positions in other NHM Ambit programs with the same level of education and compensation, as determined by society.
The number of openings and compensation listed in this advertisement may change when the position is actually filled.
