Educational Qualification (PGT)

PGT(English/Geography/Sanskrit/Political Science/Physics): Essential:(1) A two-year integrated postgraduate M.Sc. program in the relevant subject offered by the Regional Institute of Education of NCERT; OR a master’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 50% aggregate in the relevant subject. (2) A B.Ed. or equivalent degree from an accredited university. (3) The ability to teach through Hindi and English media. PGT(Biology):Master Degree from a recognized University in Botany/Zoology/Life Sciences/Bio Sciences/ Genetics/Micro Biology/Bio Technology/Molecular Bio/Plant Physiology provided they have studied Botany and Zoology at Graduation level.) Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Application. PGT(Guidance & Counselling): Essential: Master Degree in Psychology with at least 50% marks in aggregate and in concerned subject with Certificate of Diploma in counselling. Desirable:– (1) Minimum of one year experience in providing Career/Educational Counselling to students at Schools. Or Working knowledge and experience in placement Bureaus. Or Registration with rehabilitation Council of India as Vocational Counsellor. (2)Knowledge of Computer Application. PGT (Computer Science): At least 50% marks in aggregate in any of the following: .(1) B.E. or B.Tech. (Comp. Sc./IT) from a recognized University or equivalent Degree or Diploma from an Institution/University recognized by the Govt. of India; OR B.E. or B.Tech. (any stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers from recognized University; OR M.Sc. (Comp. Sc.)/MCA or equivalent from a recognized University; OR B.Sc. (Comp. Sc.)/BCA or equivalent and post Graduate degree in subject from a recognized University; OR Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and Post Graduate degree in any subject from recognized University; OR ‘B’ level from DOEACC and Post Graduate Degree in any subject; OR ‘C’ level from ‘DOEACC’ Ministry of Information and Communication Technology and Graduation. (2) Competence to teach through Hindi & English Media.

Educational Qualification (TGT)

TGT(English/Geography/History/Chemistry/Physics/Math/Hindi/Odia): Essential:(1) Four Years’ integrated degree course of Regional Institute of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate; OR Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects and in aggregate including electives and languages in the combination of subject and should have B.Ed. Degree as on Date of Interview. (2) Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), (for upper primary) conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. (3) Competence to teach through Hindi & English Media. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Application. T.G.T. (Health & Physical Education): Essential:- (1) Bachelors Degree in Physical Education or equivalent. (2) Competence to teach through Hindi & English Media. T.G.T. (Dance): Essential:- (1) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and Bachelor Degree in Dance or equivalent from a recognized University. (2) Competence to teach through English/Hindi Media. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Application.

Educational Qualification (PRT)

PRT: Essential:- (1) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent. (2) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) (for Primary) conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. (3) Competence to teach through Hindi & English Media. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Application. PRT(Music): (1) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent. (2) Bachelor in Music or equivalent from a recognized University. (3) Competence to teach through Hindi & English Media. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Application.

Work Experience Teacher (WET) (Computer Science)

Essential:-Three years Diploma after Higher Secondary in Computer from an Institution recognized by State Govt./Govt. of India. (The minimum qualification for admission to the diploma course should be at least Higher Secondary) Or Degree in Computer Science from a recognized University. OR B.Sc. (‘Tech.) B.Ed. from Regional Institute of Education, Bhubaneswar/Mysore/ Bhopal/Ajmer. Desirable: One year practical experience in any recognized Workshop/ Institute. Competency to teach through English and Hindi media. Must have minimum knowledge for maintenance of Computer hardware.

Work Experience Teacher (WET) (Art & Craft)
Essential:-Five Years recognized Diploma in drawing and painting/ Sculpture/Graphic Art. OR Equivalent recognized Degree. Desirable: Competence to teach through English and Hindi media. Working knowledge of Computer Application.

Work Experience Teacher (WET) (System & Network Engineering)

Essential:-Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engincering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology from any recognized Institute/University after Higher Secondary. OR B.Ё. or B.Tech. in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ MCA from any recognized Institute/University. Desirable: A diploma and at least four years of professional experience in networking and system administration (preferably with a Microsoft or CCNA certification) (2) It is ideal to have a B.Tech or MCA with at least one year of system administration and networking job experience and a Microsoft or CCNA certification. (3). Should be familiar with Windows Server 2003 and 2008 installation, management, and maintenance (Active Directory) (4). should be familiar with system assembly, firewalls, antivirus software, and basic hardware and software troubleshooting. (5). must be knowledgeable about network administrator support, manage, and guarantee the operational capability of wired and wireless LAN and WAN networks during all operating hours. (6). should be familiar with setting up and maintaining switches, routers, and other network-related peripherals.

Work Experience Teacher (WET) Animal Husbandry (Dairy Farming)

Essential:-After completing Higher Secondary, students can earn a three-year diploma in veterinary science and animal husbandry with a focus on dairy farming from an institution approved by the Indian government or state governments. (At least a Higher Secondary degree is required for entry to the diploma program.) Or a degree in veterinary science and animal husbandry with a focus on dairy farming from an accredited university. Desirable: One year of hands-on training at any accredited workshop or institute. ability to instruct using Hindi and English media. must possess the bare minimum of knowledge necessary for computer hardware maintenance.

Work Experience Teacher (WET) (Agricultural Farming)

Essential:-Three-year diploma in agriculture from a State or Indian government (a higher secondary education is required for entry to the diploma program) OR a degree in agriculture (B.Sc., agriculture) from an accredited university or institute. working proficiency in both English and Hindi. Desirable:(i) One Year practical experience in a recognized Workshop/Institution/Factory. (ii) Knowledge of Computer Application.

Professional Assistant
Essential:-M.Lib. Sc./M.L.I.Sc. or equivalent with at least 50% marks from recognized University or Institute. Desirable: Three (03) years experience in the field of Library & Information Science in any reputed Library. Knowledge of Library Software – КОНА, DSPACÉ and Libsys and DCA

Sr. Library Attendant
Essential:-(i) 12 Pass (ii) Certificate/Diploma in Library Science/Library and Information Science from a recognized Institute. Desirable: Three year experience in the field of library and information science, knowledge of library software (ii) Six months Computer Course from a recognized Institution.

Pre-Primary Teacher
Essential:-Senior Secondary (Class-XII) with 50% marks and six month Diploma in ECCE(Early Childhood Care and Education) or One year Diploma in ECE from a recognized Organization /University. Competence to teach through Hindi & English Media. Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Application.

Lady Helper
Essential:-(1) 8th Class pass (2) Must read write and speak Odia (3) Preference will be given to candidates having experience in working with ECCE Centers.

Vocational Education Teacher (IT- ITes)

Essential:-(1) Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or Bachelor Degree in Computer Application/Science/Information Technology (BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science/Information Technology) or Graduate with PGDCA or DOEACC ‘A’ Level Certificate. Desirable: (1) The candidate should have a minimum of 1 Year of work experience in the same job role. (2) S/He should be able to communicate in English and Local language. (3) S/He should have knowledge of Equipment, Tools, Material, Safety, Health & Hygiene.

Vocational Education Teacher (Beauty & Wellness)
Essential:-(1) Diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy/ Beauty Culture from a recognized Institution with minimum 1 Year work/teaching experience in the relevant field. Desirable:(1) Effective communication skills (Oral and Written) (2) Basic Computing Skills.

Age limit

PGT: Not more than 40 Years as on 01-01-2025 TGT: Not more than 35 Years as on 01-01-2025. PRT: Not more than 30 Years as on 01-01-2025. Work Experience Teacher(WET): Not more than 35 Years as on 01-01-2025. Professional Assistant: Not more than 30 Years as on Date of Interview. Sr. Library Attendant: Not more than 27 Years as on Date of Interview. Pre-Primary Teacher: Not more than 30 Years as on 01-01-2025 Lady Helper: Within 18 to 40 Years as on 01-01-2025 Vocational Education Teacher: 18-37 Years as on 01-01-2025.

Remuneration
PGT, TGT, and WET (all subjects) receive a combined monthly salary of Rs. 27,500; PRT and PRT (music) receive Rs. 21,250; professional assistants receive Rs. 51,000; pre-primary teachers receive Rs. 25,000; lady helpers receive Rs. 15,000; senior library attendants receive Rs. 24,000; and vocational teachers receive Rs. 25,000 as part of their contractual engagements.

Important Instructions:

1. The above-mentioned number of openings is an estimate. However, the number of positions could change at any time based on the Institute’s needs.
2. Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, and PH groups as permitted by Indian government regulations.
3. There will be no TA/DA for showing up for the walk-in interview.
4. Only phone calls and emails will be used to communicate with the chosen applicants. The chosen candidates will not receive correspondence via postal mail.
