Required Qualifications for Recruitment at Biju Patnaik Film and Television Institute of Orissa (BPFTIO)

- Degree of a recognized University.

- Extensive Professional Experience in the relevant field:
- Senior Faculty Consultants: At least thirteen years of professional experience in a responsible capacity, often including administrative or managerial experience.
- Faculty Consultants: At least ten years of professional experience.
Note: Experience will only be counted after obtaining the required educational qualification (Degree or PG Diploma).
📝 Key Responsibilities (Faculty & Senior Faculty)
As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in academic delivery and institutional development:
- Curriculum Implementation: Implement the syllabus in tune with the academic goals.
- Coordination: Coordinate workshops, guest lecturers, and special sessions.
- Teaching: Take regular theoretical and practical classes, and set guidelines for exercises.
- Assessment: Be responsible for regular upgrading and assessment of students.
- Planning: Prepare and notify prior programming of curriculum and weekly routines .
- Administration: Plan, formulate, and execute training programmes; supervise course completion; and make arrangements for holding examinations .
