Age limit
The candidate’s maximum age on the day of the interview cannot exceed 32 years old. Candidates will be granted an age relaxation in accordance with the norms set forth by the Government of India.

Selection Criteria
A cooperative team player with outstanding communication abilities, both written and vocal, including data analysis. Experience generating ideas for new research initiatives and participating in a research team.

Role of Project Assistant:

The project assistant is supposed to visit specific districts in Odisha, conduct questionnaire surveys and interviews, and use SPSS for statistical analysis. When necessary, the position involves traveling inside the state to gather data.

The aforementioned role is temporary and related to the project described above.
The first assignment will last for nine (09) months. Only if the candidate’s performance is deemed satisfactory will the assignment’s duration be extended for an additional nine months.
