   • At least 1 year of working experience with non-Government Organization Preferably in the field of Women and Child Development.
   • Proficiency in Computer.
2. Child Welfare Officer / Probation Officer:
   • Master / Graduate in Social Work / Sociology / Social Science or LLB From Recognized University.
   • Experience at least 2 year of working with Govt./ Non-Governmental Legal matters Preferably in the field of Women and Child rights.
   • Good Understanding of Women and Child Rights and Protection issues.
   • Weightage for work experience candidates.
   • Proficiency in Computer.
3. House Father / House Mother:
   • Graduate in Science and Arts from institution recognized by Govt. India.
   • With 1 year experience Preferably in the field of women and child Development.
4. Paramedical Staff:
   • Compounder / Pharmacist having Diploma in Pharmacy in Allopathy from institution recognized by Govt. India.
5. Educator:
   • Graduation from any recognized university.
6. Cook:
   • 8th Pass.

The merit list shall be drawn up on the basis on the weighted percentage of marks obtained in all the six categories mentioned in the table above. In case more than one candidate has equal marks, the candidate with experience of working in child rights will be given preference. The decision of the ‘Home Management Committee’ in this regard shall be final.
