  4. The applicant will be given a special “Permanent Public Service Account Number (PPSAN)” upon successfully completing the online registration. To submit their completed online registration/re-registration and online application forms to OPSC, candidates must take a printout of the forms, sign the declaration, and provide copies of the necessary certificates and papers as requested.
