Qualification/Eligibility	a) A master’s degree in geology or an M.Tech in applied geology is required. b) Must have resigned from OIL or any other government, PSU, or private sector position that was comparable to the position of General Manager (Grade G).
Experience	At least thirty years of expertise in the upstream hydrocarbon sector is required.
Job Location	Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Tenure	The duration of the contractual engagement will be one (1) year, with the possibility of an additional one-year extension up to a maximum of two (2) years, contingent on the needs of the company, the individual’s performance, fitness, conduct, etc.

Job Responsibilities of Consultant (Geology):

a) Assist the Interpretation Team in locating drilling prospects.
b) Create an executive drilling program for the exploratory sites that have been made available for drilling.
c) Prepare the Depth Data Drilling Policy for Exploratory Wells, develop the Drilling Fluid, and oversee the Drilling Program in collaboration with the Drilling Team.
d) Examine various well and mud logs and work with the oil team to make important decisions.
e) Evaluate any possible hydrocarbon discoveries and collaborate with the oil and gas team to create the appraisal program.
f) If there are any hydrocarbon finds, prepare the Declaration of Commerciality (DoC) and Potential Commercial Interest (PCI).

Qualification/Eligibility	a) A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or a master’s degree in any science, is required. b) Must have resigned from OIL or any other government, PSU, or private sector position that was equivalent to that of Dy. Chief Engineer/Sr. Manager (Grade D).
Experience	At least thirty years of experience is required. Candidates with the necessary mining sector experience will be given preference.
Job Location	Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Tenure	The contractual engagement will be for a maximum of 02 (two) years, with the possibility of extension for a further 03 (three) tenures of 06 (six) months each. The aforementioned contract period may be extended in accordance with the needs of the business, the individual’s performance, fitness, conduct, etc.

Job Responsibilities of Consultant (Liaison):

a) Coordinate with other Odisha government departments and agencies to ensure that drilling operations and predrilling preparation work are carried out smoothly.
b) Coordinate land-related issues with different government departments.
b) Communicate with the government on different permits.
d) Communicate with the public as needed to ensure that operations run smoothly.
e) Any further liaison work that may occasionally be needed.
