1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The CEO will administer FPO activities and day-to-day business with the objective of making the FPO economically sustainable, reporting directly to the Board of Directors (BoDs) of the FPO.

| Qualification | Should be a graduate in agriculture, agriculture marketing, agri-business management, or BBA, or equivalent. Locally available professionals with 10+2 and preferably a diploma in agriculture/agriculture marketing/agri-business management or related areas may be preferable. |
| Experience | 1+ years of experience working for farmers at the grass-root level. |
| Remuneration | Maximum up to Rs 25,000/ per month (including all allowances). |
2. Accountant
The Accountant will look after the FPO’s day-to-day accounting work and will report to the CEO of the FPO.

| Key Responsibilities | Recording daily business transactions in accounting software, Inventory Management, Asset Management, dealing with Banks, preparing financial records for Auditing, and managing Compliances pertaining to TAX and RoC. |
| Qualification | Should have an educational qualification of 10+2 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject or alternatively with Commerce or Accountancy background. Knowledge of accounting software (Tally etc.) is a must. |
| Experience | 1+ years of work experience as an accountant handling financial transactions with exposure to accounting software. |
| Remuneration | Maximum up to Rs 10,000/ per month (including all allowances). |
Note: If any member of a Self Help Group (SHG) or their family members meet the above criteria for either post, they may be considered preferably in the selection process.
