IDPL Recruitment 2025: Indian Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited (IDPL) has released the notification for filling up the post of Company Secretary & Dy. 1. Details of IDPL Recruitment for Company Secretary

i. Qualification & Experience of candidate for IDPL Recruitment for Company Secretary:

Being a member of the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries:-The candidate should have at least five to eight years of experience after graduation, including, but not limited to, making sure that all statutory and other requirements under the Companies Act are met, as well as keeping up with updates on the MoCA portal. Candidates with prior CPSES or PSU experience will be given preference. Having note and drafting skills will be beneficial.

ii. Age limit of candidate for IDPL Recruitment for Company Secretary:

No more than 40 years

iii. Remuneration of candidate for IDPL Recruitment for Company Secretary:

The Company Secretary will be paid monthly salary of Rs.40,000-45,000

2. Details of IDPL Recruitment for Dy. Manager (Finance)

i. Qualification & Experience of candidate for IDPL Recruitment for Dy. Manager (Finance):

The candidate should have at least five to eight years of executive-level experience in the finance department of a reputable company after receiving their degree. The candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting, including budgeting, taxation, financial consistency, accounting standards, and closure of accounts.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, familiarity with all applicable laws and regulations, and a track record of using computers, including Word, Excel, and accounting software (such as Tally ERP), are all required of candidates. They should also be well-versed in FR&S and GFR regulations as well as statutory compliance. The candidate must approach their task analytically and possess business and commercial acumen.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage their time well, prioritize their tasks, work well in a team, and establish great working connections. They should also be able to combine the demands of work and their studies. Preference will be given to those with prior PSU experience.
