🧑‍🏫 Who Can Apply for Guest Faculty Recruitment under Koraput Collectorate?

Retired teachers (below 65 years) and fresh candidates who meet the subject-specific eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Summary for Guest Faculty Recruitment under Koraput Collectorate

SubjectEducational/Training Requirements
HindiBachelor’s degree (min. 50% marks) with Hindi as an elective/Honours subject PLUS a relevant training qualification (like Hindi Shikshan Parangat or B.H.Ed/B.Ed in Hindi).
SanskritBachelor’s degree (min. 50% marks) with Sanskrit as an elective/Honours subject PLUS Shiksha Shastri (Sanskrit). OR Shastri (Sanskrit) with minimum 50% marks PLUS Shiksha Shastri (Sanskrit).

Preference will be given to retired teachers and candidates with teaching experience.


💸 Honorarium Structure

Guest Teachers will be paid based on the level of school and the number of classes taken, up to a maximum of 40 classes per month.

  • Secondary Level: ₹400 per class/period, not exceeding ₹16,000 per month.
  • Elementary Level: ₹300 per class/period, not exceeding ₹12,000 per month.

📝 Selection Process for Guest Faculty Recruitment under Koraput Collectorate

The selection committee will evaluate candidates based on the following weighted criteria (out of 100 Marks):

  • Career Weightage (50 Marks): Based on division/marks in academics (e.g., 1st division = 50 marks).
  • Teaching Experience (30 Marks): Up to 3 years and above (30 marks).
  • Interview (20 Marks).

Note: Candidates securing 50 or above marks will be placed on an empanelled list, which is valid for one year.

  3. Experience Certificates (if any).
  4. Two passport size photographs.
