Eligibility Summary for Guest Faculty Recruitment under Koraput Collectorate

💸 Honorarium Structure
Guest Teachers will be paid based on the level of school and the number of classes taken, up to a maximum of 40 classes per month.
- Secondary Level: ₹400 per class/period, not exceeding ₹16,000 per month.
- Elementary Level: ₹300 per class/period, not exceeding ₹12,000 per month.
📝 Selection Process for Guest Faculty Recruitment under Koraput Collectorate
The selection committee will evaluate candidates based on the following weighted criteria (out of 100 Marks):
- Career Weightage (50 Marks): Based on division/marks in academics (e.g., 1st division = 50 marks).
- Teaching Experience (30 Marks): Up to 3 years and above (30 marks).
- Interview (20 Marks).
Note: Candidates securing 50 or above marks will be placed on an empanelled list, which is valid for one year.
