DDMCH Keonjhar Recruitment 2026: DDMCH Keonjhar invites applications from interested candidate for the post of Medical Officer on contractual basis (from district mineral fund Kendujhar) for MNCU & NURSERY UNIT AT DDMCH, KEONJHAR.

Eligibility Criteria (ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ମାପଦଣ୍ଡ)

ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR JUNIOR RESIDENT:

a. For the post of Medical Officer, the candidate who have completed:

  • I- MD/DNB in Pediatrics will be given 1st preference.
  • II- Diploma in Pediatric will be given next preference.

b. In case non availability of above candidates, a candidates having MBBS Degree will be selected.

c. Selection will be strictly on the basis of merit list prepared on basis of career marks. Weightage for different examinations shall be as under:

  • HSC/Matriculation- 20% of total percentage of marks secured.
  • Intermediate Science- 20% of total percentage of marks secured.
  • MBBS examination- 60% of total percentage of marks secured.

d. One mark will be deducted from the total Career Mark for each extra attempt taken to pass the examinations.

e. All Qualifications as on the date of interview shall be considered.

OTHER ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:

  1. The candidate must be a citizen of India.
  2. The Medical Graduates must have registered their medical qualification at Central / State Medical Council (Permanent Registration).
  3. The candidate must not be continuing As SR / Tutor in any Govt. Medical College of the State.
  4. The candidate whose service has been terminated by any Govt. in the state for whatsoever reason will not be considered for reengagement.
  5. The candidate with contractual/temporary service in Govt. Health sector will be given priority.
  6. Age: Must be less than 45 years as on the date of interview.

N.B: The date of birth entered in the High School Certificate or equivalent certificate issued by the concerned Board/Council only shall be accepted.

Eligible candidates shall appear personally before the Superintendent as per schedule and submit the application form attached to this advertisement duly filled in and self-attested photocopy of required documents and color passport photograph. They must bring the original documents for verification.

After successful verification of the documents a provisional merit list shall be prepared and notified inviting any grievance to the merit. The grievances if any will be examined and a final merit list will be notified. The candidates will submit the signed option form for confirmation of their acceptance of allotment. The appointment order will be uploaded in website. Any other related information if required shall be notified by the Convener in the website.

N.B: In case any candidate is found to have provided a false information or certificate etc. or is found to have withheld or concealed any information, his/her application shall be rejected and disciplinary /legal action as deemed proper will be initiated against him/her. At the time of document verification / counseling / choice filling physical presence of the candidate is mandatory and no authorization will been entertained.

a. Allotment shall be made on the basis of merit and choice. Engagement letter shall be issued in favor of allotted candidates and shall be uploaded in the website of Keonjhar District and DDMCH Kendujhar website. b. The Selection Authority at their discretion may short-list the merit list to a reasonable number as per available vacancy. c. In case the candidate appointed, fails to join in time, then the next candidate in the panel for the subject may be given a chance. d. Any clarification / corrigendum / addendum to this advertisement if required shall be issued by the Superintendent, DDMCH, Kendujhar shall be final and binding and will be a part of the advertisement. e.
