Applications are invited from qualified candidates of Bhadrak district for the recruitment of Coordinator and MIS Assistant for forest Right Cell(Dharti Aabha Unit) at the Sub- Collector Office, Bhadrak under Dharti AabaJanjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DA-JGUA) on Outsourcing Basis. Qualification and Experience

1. Coordinator:
Educational Qualification: The candidate ought to be a graduate. Master’s degree holders will be given preference.
Experience: Minimum2-3years.
For every position under the scheme, preference should be given to candidates from the concerned district.
It will be advantageous to have prior experience working on government projects.
Fair knowledge of state and federal government programs and aptitude for community mobilization.
Expertise in implementing training and capacity-building projects and programs. experience establishing connections with government line departments.
Language and competency: Fluency in oral and written communication in English and Odia.
Computer skills: Proficiency in computer skills like the use of MS Office and
conversant with internet/emails.
Education
2. MIS-Assistant: The candidate ought to be a graduate and have pursued PGDCA. Master’s degree holders will be given preference.
Experience: Two years of experience in data entry and large-scale data base management in any reputed or private agency.
Proficiency in the use of MS-Office, specifically
MS Office, MS-Excel and conversant with internet/ use of online platform is a mandatory requirement.
Language and competency: Fluency in oral and written communication in English and Odia.
Computer skills: Proficiency in computer skills like the use of MS Office and
conversant with internet/emails.

Age limit
Must be below 42years of age as on 01.03.2025

Nature of Engagement
The mode of involvement will be transient and entirely contractual. The contract agreement shall last for one (1) year, and either party may end it at any time with one month’s notice or payment in Liu.
