Atal Awasiya Vidyalaya Sonbhadra Recruitment 2026: Atal Awasiya Vidyalaya Sonbhadra invites applications for the recruitment of teachers (guest faculty) purely on a temporary basis, for one academic session (6 months or up to March 31, 2027) in view of urgent requirements for the academic session 2026-27 at Atal Residential School, Village-Gurmura, Tehsil-Obra, District-Sonbhadra (Vindhyachal Division, Mirzapur).

अटल आवासीय विद्यालय, ग्राम-गुरमुरा, तहसील-ओबरा, जनपद-सोनभद्र (विन्ध्याचल मण्डल, मिर्जापुर) में शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026-27 के लिए तात्कालिक आवश्यकताओं के दृष्टिगत गेस्ट फैकल्टी के आधार पर पूर्णतः अस्थायी रूप से एक शैक्षणिक सत्र (6 माह अथवा 31 मार्च, 2027 तक) के लिए अध्यापकों की भर्ती हेतु आवेदन-पत्र आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं।

Eligibility Criteria (पात्रता मानदंड)

आयु सीमा (Age Limit):

• Upper Age Limit for all categories of teachers is 50 Years as on 1st July, 2026 (01 जुलाई, 2026 को अधिकतम आयु 50 वर्ष)।

शैक्षणिक अर्हता (Educational Qualification):

1. Post PGTs:

• Integrated Post Graduate Course from NCTE recognised institutions, in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate including B.Ed. component.OR
• Master Degree from a recognized institution with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the subject concerned AND B.Ed. Degree from NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks.OR
• Three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. from NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks.OR
• Four years integrated degree with at least 50% marks from NCTE recognized institution including B.Ed. component.
• Proficiency: Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English media.
• Subject Specific Requirements:
  • PGT (Sociology): MA in Sociology with at least 50% Marks and B.Ed with at least 50% Marks.
  • PGT (Political Science): MA in Political Science with at least 50% Marks and B.Ed with at least 50% Marks.

Desirables for PGTs:

(i) Experienced in TGT in the recognized institutions in concerned subject

(ii) Experienced in working in residential school

(iii) Knowledge of Computer application.

2. Post TGTs:

• Four years integrated degree course from NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject (s) as well as in the aggregate including B.Ed. component.OR
• Bachelors/Honors Degree from a recognized institution with at least 50% marks in concerned subject, combination of subjects as well as in the aggregate and B.Ed. Degree from NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks / three years integrated B.Ed.- M.Ed from NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks / 01 years B.Ed. (Special Education) from RCI recognized Institution with at least 50% marks.OR
• Post Graduation in concerned subject / any specialization in concerned subject with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade provided that the candidate has studied the subject(s) mentioned in the note below at the graduation level and three years integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed from NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks.
• TET Qualification: Qualified in the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test Conducted by Government of Uttar Pradesh / Central Teacher Eligibility Test (Paper-II) conducted by the Government of India.
• Competence: Competence to teach through English & Hindi media.
• Subject Specific Requirements:
  • TGT (English): B.A. in English with at least 50% Marks and B.Ed. with at least 50% Marks and Qualified UPTET/CTET (Paper II). (Studied English as an Elective/Main subject in at least three years/06 Semesters in graduation/four years integrated degree course).
  • TGT (Social Studies / सामाजिक विज्ञान): B.A. in History, Geography, Economics with at least 50% Marks and B.Ed. at least 50% Marks and Qualified UPTET/CTET (Paper II). (Studied any two subjects out of History, Geography, Economics and Political Science at graduation level out of which one must be either History or Geography in at least three years/06 Semesters in graduation/four years integrated degree course as an Elective/Main Subject).
  • TGT (Maths / गणित): B.Sc. in Math at least 50% Marks and B.Ed. at least 50% Marks and Qualified UPTET/CTET (Paper II). (Mathematics as Elective / Main subject in at least three years/06 Semesters in graduation; Physics at least 01 year / any 02 semesters; One out of Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, Statistics at least 01 year/any 02 semesters).
  • TGT (Hindi): B.A. in Hindi with at least 50% Marks and B.Ed. with at least 50% Marks & Qualified UPTET/CTET (Paper II). (Studied Hindi as an Elective/Main subject in at least three years/06 Semesters in graduation/four years integrated degree course).

Desirables for TGTs:

(i) Experience of working in a residential school.

(ii) Knowledge of Computer applications.

चयन प्रक्रिया (Selection Process)

शिक्षकों (गेस्ट फैकल्टी) के पदों पर चयन आवश्यक शैक्षणिक अर्हताओं तथा साक्षात्कार में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर सीधे मेरिट (Direct Merit) तैयार करके किया जायेगा।

Weightage Structure (भारांक वितरण):

A) PGTs (कुल 75 अंक + 25 अंक साक्षात्कार):

1. Essential qualification: 40 marks (40% of the Percentage obtained in the concerned subject).
2. B.Ed.: 10 marks (10% of the Percentage obtained).
3. Next Higher qualification (PHD/M.Phil./M.Ed.): 10 marks.
4. Experience: 15 marks (02 marks for each completed session in a residential school or 01 mark for each completed session in a non-residential Govt. Recognized School).

B) TGTs (कुल 75 अंक + 25 अंक साक्षात्कार):

1. Essential qualification: 40 marks (20% of overall percentage in UG/PG level + 20% of percentage in relevant subjects in all three years together in graduation).
2. B.Ed.: 5 marks (5% of the Percentage obtained).
3. Next Higher qualification: 10 marks (10% of the Percentage obtained).
4. CTET (Secondary level): 5 marks (5% of the Percentage scored).
5. Experience: 15 marks (02 marks for each session in residential school / 01 mark for non-residential Govt. Recognized School).

C) Personal Interaction / Interview (25 अंक):

1. Subject Knowledge – 04 marks
2. Teaching abilities – 04 marks
3. Personality and General Awareness – 04 marks
4. Communication Skills (in English/Hindi) – 04 marks
5. Proficiency in applying ICT skills in teaching and learning – 04 marks

महत्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश (Important instructions)

1. निर्धारित अंतिम अवधि (10.09.2026 सायं 05:00 बजे) के उपरांत प्राप्त होने वाले आवेदन-पत्र स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।
2. साक्षात्कार हेतु तिथि की सूचना अलग से ई-मेल के माध्यम से दी जाएगी, जिसके लिए कोई यात्रा भत्ता (TA/DA) देय नहीं होगा।
3. साक्षात्कार के समय सभी मूल प्रमाण पत्र (Original Documents) प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है।
4. विज्ञप्ति को किसी भी समय निरस्त किए जाने का अधिकार चयन समिति के पास रक्षित होगा।
