Teaching and Research Experience: i. Must have at least three years of experience teaching as an Associate Professor in the relevant field at any medical college that is authorized, recognized, and permitted by the NMC or MC. ii. At least eight years of post-PG experience is required. iii. In accordance with the NMC’s “Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions, 2022,” at least four research publications—at least two as an associate professor. iv. Subject to good performance, the engagement for all contractual applicants will be strictly temporary and on a year-to-year basis for a maximum of four years. For contractual direct candidates (Senior Residents), the position will be strictly temporary and run on an annual basis for a maximum of three years, provided they perform well. |
