💵 Remuneration & Benefits details for Ramadevi University Recruitment

The university offers a competitive monthly honorarium based on the position:

Professor (Retd./Adjunct/Distinguished)	Rs. 50,000/-
Associate Professor (Retd./Adjunct/Distinguished)	Rs. 40,000/-
Assistant Professor (Guest Faculty with Ph.D.)	Rs. 60,000/- (Rs. 1,000/- per class, Max. 60 classes)
Assistant Professor (Guest Faculty without Ph.D.)	Rs. 45,000/- (Rs. 750/- per class, Max. 60 classes)

Workload Note: Professors and Associate Professors are assigned at least 35 classes/month along with research guidance and administrative responsibility.
Leave: Engaged faculties are permitted to avail 10 days leave in a year.
Tenure: The engagement is strictly temporary for a maximum period of 1 year at a time, or until a regular appointment is made, whichever is earlier.

📝 Duties and Responsibilities

Selected faculties will be involved in a wide range of academic and research activities, including:

Teaching courses and conducting examinations.
Guidance for UG and PG student research projects.
Eligibility to become Co-guides for Ph.D. research projects, depending on qualifications and experience.
Conducting research and/or taking up sponsored research projects.
Launching continuing education programs.
Participation in academic/research Committees.

Note: They shall not be eligible for holding administrative or financial responsibilities.

Role of Project Assistant:

The project assistant is supposed to visit specific districts in Odisha, conduct questionnaire surveys and interviews, and use SPSS for statistical analysis. When necessary, the position involves traveling inside the state to gather data.
