Selection procedure for OAVS Malkangiri Job Vacancy 2025:

The candidate must present themselves before the selection board for empanelment.
The career mark for impalement will be taken into consideration by the board.
Marks will be calculated by considering 10% of the percentages obtained in the HSC examination (excluding extra optional subjects), Bachelor’s degree, and B.Ed. level combined for TGT candidates; and HSC (excluding extra optional subjects), Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, M.Phil., Ph.D., and B.Ed. levels combined for Principal and PGT candidates. For example, if a candidate scores 67% in HSC, 6.7 marks will be considered, and similarly for the Bachelor’s degree level. If a candidate scores 67%, 62%, and 70% in HSC, Bachelor’s degree, and B.Ed. respectively, the computed total would be 6.7 + 6.2 + 7.0 = 19.9. Additionally, since M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees are treated as extra qualifications, 5 marks may be added for each. The final panel will be prepared based on the total marks calculated in this manner.
The list of chosen instructors to be hired will be finalized by the selection committee based on the district’s open OAVS positions. The principal will issue an engagement order after receiving notification from the nodal principals identifying the name of the OAV in which they are to be involved.
