OAV Lephripada Recruitment 2026: OAV Lephripada invites applications from eligible candidates for filling up different support staff for Boys’ hostel (other than KGBV type-IV hostel) of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Lephripada, Sundaragada District- Sundaragada for the session 2025-26. This engagement is purely contractual and temporary in nature with consolidated remuneration (including EPF Share of employee & Employer). On expiry of one year period of engagement, fresh engagement shall be made with a gap at least one working day basing on the satisfactory performance of the employee.
ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଆଦର୍ଶ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ, ଲେଫ୍ରିପଡ଼ା, ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ଼ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୨୦୨୫-୨୬ ଶିକ୍ଷାବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ବାଳକ ଛାତ୍ରାବାସ (କେ.ଜି.ବି.ଭି. ଟାଇପ୍-IV ଛାତ୍ରାବାସ ବ୍ୟତୀତ) ନିମନ୍ତେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସହାୟକ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ପଦବୀ ପୂରଣ ପାଇଁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆବେଦନ ପତ୍ର ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଏହି ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଏବଂ ଚୁକ୍ତିଭିତ୍ତିକ, ଯାହାକି ଏକାଠି ଏକ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକ (କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଏବଂ ନିଯୁକ୍ତିଦାତାଙ୍କ EPF ଅଂଶ ସହିତ) ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ। ଏହି ଚୁକ୍ତିର ଅବଧି (ଏକ ବର୍ଷ) ଶେଷ ହେବା ପରେ, କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ସନ୍ତୋଷଜନକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଦକ୍ଷତା ଆଧାରରେ ଅତି କମରେ ଗୋଟିଏ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଦିବସର ବ୍ୟବଧାନ ରଖି ନୂତନ ଚୁକ୍ତିଭିତ୍ତିକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦିଆଯିବ।

- Essential Qualification: Experience in cooking.
- Age Limit (as on 29.08.2026): 21-45 years.
- Additional Guidelines:
- Male for Boys’ hostel.
- He has to stay in the hostel 24X7.
- Cook himself be perfectly hygienic in his dresses, cooking habits etc.
- The cook must be well conversant to use LPG.
Salary Details (ଦରମାବିବରଣୀ)
- Remuneration: Rs. 6,750.00/- per month (including EPF Share of employee & Employer).

ଚୟନପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା (Selection Process)
- The committee staff conduct physical cooking of some items and evaluate the deliciousness/ consumption of time for preparation if the dishes / hygienic condition of cooking and select the best.
- If no experienced candidate applies, the selection will be based on marks only.
