DAYSTAR HOME Child Care Institution, a unit of Susi charitable trust invites applications from qualified candidates for recruitment of Child welfare officer, Para medical staff, Educator, Art-cum-music teacher and PT Instructor-cum-Yoga teacher. Qualification

1. Child welfare officer/Probation Officer: The ideal applicant will have a master’s degree in social work, sociology, anthropology, psychology, or any other humanities-related discipline, as well as an MBA in human resources or any other master’s degree and computer proficiency.
2. Para medical staff: The candidate must be a pharmacist or Compounder with a diploma in Ayurvedic homeopathic or unani medicine from an institution approved by the Indian government (D.Pharm. and B.Pharm. candidates are also eligible to apply).
3. Educator: The applicant must be a graduate or postgraduate student in any field, though a science graduate will be preferred.
4. Art-cum-music teacher: The candidate must hold a Bachelor of Visual Art degree from an accredited institution, a Bachelor of Music degree from an accredited university, or a Diploma in Ceramics, Sculpture, Paper Craft, or Wood Craft from an accredited university.
5. PT Instructor-cum-Yoga teacher: The applicant must hold a B.P. Ed. or an equivalent degree from an accredited university.

Age Limit
As of January 1, 2025, the candidate’s minimum age shall be 21 and their maximum age should be 45.

Selection Criteria:

Candidate selection is solely based on career marking according to the weightage given below.

In the event that multiple candidates have identical scores, the merit list will be created using the weighted proportion of marks earned in each of the six areas listed in the above table. Preference will be given to the applicant who has prior experience working in the field of child rights. In this aspect, the Selection Committee’s decision is definitive.
