to ensure that the food is prepared according to the menu in a hygienic way and under hygienic conditions by cleaning, washing, and removing any contaminants from the raw material.
To provide the pupils’ meals in a sanitary manner at the appointed hour.
To keep the kitchen and its utensils clean and in a sanitary state.
To make sure the gas stove/cylinder has been turned off correctly and that it has been put in the store while taking every safety measure to prevent any unfortunate events.
To carry out any additional MDMS-related tasks that may be assigned by the SMC or the Scheme’s supervisor.
