WCD Rajnandgaon Recruitment- Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Gender Specialist: * Education: Graduate Degree in Social Work or other Social Science fields.
- Experience: At least 03 years of experience in gender-related issues within Government, Semi-Government, or NGOs.
- Skills: Good knowledge of computers, MS Office, and typing.
- I.T. Assistant:
- Education: Graduate Degree in Computer or I.T. fields.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in data management, process documentation, and web-based reporting.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and computer operations.
2. Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026)
- Gender Specialist: 21 to 45 years. (Maximum 50 years with all relaxations for Chhattisgarh residents) .
- I.T. Assistant: 21 to 35 years. (Maximum 45 years with all relaxations) .
Selection Process for WCD Rajnandgaon Recruitment

- Educational Qualifications: Up to 60 marks.
