Vacancy at EMRS Maithili Malkangiri: On Saturday, April 26, 2025, starting at 8:00 AM, a walk-in interview will be held in the principal’s office of Elalavya Model Residential School, Mathili, to prepare a panel of guest teachers to fill a few open positions (PGT: Mth, Eng, Phys, Hist & TGT: Hindi, Odia, Eng, Mth, SST, Science, Music, Art, PET Female, PET Male, Librarian) of EMRS, Mathili.
According to the standards of the National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) and the Odisha Model Tribal Education Society (OMTES), the selected candidate will get payment on a period-by-period basis. The maximum monthly payout for PGT is Rs 45,000, and for TGT, it is Rs 42,000. A set of self-attested Xerox copies of the documents must be delivered by hand or postal mail to the undersigned’s office by 4:00 PM on April 25, 2025. Interested candidates should also arrive at the interview location with all original documents by 8:00 AM on the same day.

Responsibilities of Guest Faculty:
(a) Teaching the relevant subject in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
b) Correcting assignments, tests, projects, and other assignments in class and at home on time.
c) Creating question papers for different assessments.
d) Creating lesson plans and keeping track of pupils’ academic progress.
e) Preparing pupils for various cultural competitions, house activities, extracurricular activities, etc. accompanying the pupils to extracurricular activities if necessary.
g) Completing evaluation and invigilation tasks as delegated.
h) Any additional tasks that the principal specifies.
Document Required:
- A self-attested copy of each certificate and grade report from HSC onward, together with the completed application
- The candidate’s most recent color passport-sized photo was adhered to the application form.
- For verification, ten candidates must be kept with all authentic HSC documents.
- The original certificate must be presented to the committee if the candidate has experience in the relevant field.
- One proof of the candidate’s identity and address will be needed.
