Selection Process for Utkal Balashram Gajapati Recruitment
- Selection Process: The selection will be made by the management after shortlisting by the Selection Committee. Selection is based on academic career and experience on a 100-point scale.
- Merit List: The merit list will be prepared based on the weighted percentage of marks obtained in all 6 categories (mentioned in the table below). If candidates have equal marks, preference will be given to the candidate with past experience of working in child rights.
- Local Language Requirement: Candidate should have Passed 7th Class in Odia Language.
