Educational Qualifications
- For Deputy CVO (E-6 Level): B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Printing, or Paper from a recognized university or equivalent.
- For Manager (Vigilance) (E-3 Level): Full-time degree in B.E./B.Tech, LLB, CA, CMA, MBA, MCA, or MSc from a recognized university or institution.
- For Supervisor (Vigilance) (S-1 Level): First-class full-time Diploma in any stream of Engineering, or higher qualifications like B.Tech, B.E., or B.Sc. (Engg.).
Experience Criteria
- Deputy CVO: 15 years post-qualification experience in the executive cadre, holding an analogous post in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 90,000-2,40,000 or equivalent on a regular basis; OR 15 years experience with at least 2 years of service in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000.
- Manager (Vigilance): 07 years post-qualification experience in the executive cadre, holding an analogous post in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000; OR 07 years experience with at least 2 years of service in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 50,000-1,60,000.
- Supervisor (Vigilance): Supervisor holding an analogous post in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 27,600-95,910 or equivalent on a regular basis in a CPSE.
Age Limit (As on 07.09.2026)
- Deputy CVO: Maximum 50 years
- Manager (Vigilance): Maximum 45 years
- Supervisor (Vigilance): Maximum 35 years
