1. Chief Mentor
This is a contractual engagement for an 11-month duration, extendable based on performance.
- Key Responsibilities: You will identify investigative projects, provide mentorship to students in the Innovation Hub, coordinate with other institutions, and assist in IPR/patent-related activities.
- Qualifications: Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in science or a bachelor’s degree in engineering (First Class). Applicants should have at least three years of experience in research, teaching, or the innovation industry.
- Preferences: Retired professionals and those with experience in science fairs, hackathons, or Olympiads are encouraged to apply. A PhD or M.Tech degree will be considered an added advantage.
2. Technician (Electrical)
Also a contractual role for 11 months, this position focuses on the technical maintenance of the facility.
- Key Responsibilities: You will handle the operation, repair, installation, and maintenance of exhibits and scientific equipment.
- Qualifications: Candidates should hold an SSC/Matriculation certificate along with an ITI certificate in the electrical trade. Experience requirements vary based on the duration of your certification (one or two-year courses).
- Age Limit: The upper age limit is 40 years for the open category and 45 years for the reserved category.
