Eligibility Criteria (ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ମାପଦଣ୍ଡ)

• Post-Graduate degree in English with a minimum of fifty-five percent marks or its equivalent grade.
• B.Ed. degree with a minimum of fifty-five percent marks or its equivalent grade.
• National Eligibility Test (NET), State Level Eligibility Test (SLET), or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education or in the concerned subject as prescribed by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Salary Details (ଦରମାବିବରଣୀ)

• Remuneration per month: Negotiable
• Period of Appointment: Initially up to 30th May, 2027, extendable up to 5 years on a year-to-year basis with a one-day break, subject to satisfactory performance.

• The tenure is initially for one year and may be extended up to 5 years on a year-to-year basis with a one-day break, subject to satisfactory performance.
• Appointed contractual teachers cannot claim regular teaching posts and must submit an undertaking on Non-Judicial stamp paper.
• Appointees shall abide by the Self-Financing Guidelines of Sambalpur University.
