    • Work Assignment: Teaching. If more than 40 classes are taken in a month, the faculty must undertake administrative assignments assigned by the University from the following month onwards.
    • Honorarium per Month (in Rs.): ₹1,000 per class; Maximum 60 classes/month; Maximum ₹60,000 per month (Max.)

    • Post: Assistant Professor (Guest Faculty): (Candidates without Ph.D. qualification for PG/UG courses against vacant Assistant Professor posts; preference to NET-qualified candidates)

ଚୟନପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା (Selection Process)

a. The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts of Guest Faculty shall be made on the basis of evaluations as under:

  1. General Career (i.e. HSC, Intermediate, Degree etc.): 30 Marks
  2. Research Degree (i.e. M.Phil., Ph.D. etc.): 15 Marks
  3. Demo Class: 20 Marks
  4. Research Publication: 15 Marks (Maximum) (10 marks for International Journals, 05 marks for National Journals)
  5. Viva-Voce: 20 Marks

b. The duration of Demo Class will be 05-10 minutes.

He or She must also have a First class in Bachelor and master degree from a recognized University. He/She must have research experience in Biotechnology/Natural products and Therapeutics/Analytical Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Analysis.
  • (b) Technical Assistant: Applicants must hold a master’s degree in Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Life Sciences/Botany/Zoology/Microbiology with at least 55% marks in aggregate. Experience with field work, computer, instruments and research or filed work will be preferred. Must be less than 30 years of age on the last date of advertisement.
