Sainik School Sambalpur Recruitment 2026: Sainik School Sambalpur invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of TGT (Social Science) purely on Temporary Basis.

Vacancy Details (ଶୂନ୍ୟପଦ ବିବରଣୀ)

  • Name of the Post: TGT (Social Science) (Temporary Basis) UR-01
  • Pay / Remuneration: Rs. 70,500/- (Consolidated Pay)

Eligibility Criteria (ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ମାପଦଣ୍ଡ)

Essential Qualification:

  1. Four years integrated degree course from NCTE recognized university with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject as well as in the aggregate including B.Ed component. Subject combination is as per CBSE/KVS/NVS recruitment rules. ORBachelors/Honours Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in concerned subject AND B.Ed degree from a recognized University. ORThree years integrated B.Ed-M.Ed from NCTE recognized institution/University with at least 50% marks.
  2. Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (Paper-II) conducted by the Government of India.
  3. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi & English medium.
  4. Age Limit: Should be between 21 and 35 years of age on 12 Sep 2026. (Reservation policy for SCs/STs/OBCs will be followed as per Sainik Schools Society Rules and Regulations. The maximum age limit prescribed to a post shall be increased by 5 years in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes and by 3 years in case of OBCs.)

Desirable:

  • Candidates possessing PG degree or any other higher qualification.
  • Candidates with experience of teaching in residential public school and proficiency in games as well as in co-curricular activities.
  • Candidates with knowledge of Computer Applications.
  • Experience as TGT in the recognized schools/institutions in concerned subject.

Salary Details (ଦରମାବିବରଣୀ)

  • Consolidated Pay: Rs. 70,500/- per month

ଚୟନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା (Selection Process)

  1. Selection will be made on the basis of individual performance in the written test / class demonstration / interview.
  2. Only candidates fulfilling all eligibility criteria will be permitted to attend the walk-in interview.
  3. No TA/DA admissible for attending the walk-in interview.
