Eligibility and Application Details
Required Qualifications
All candidates must meet the minimum eligibility as per NCTE/UGC norms. The specific essential and desirable qualifications for each post are detailed in the official advertisement.
For the Assistant Professor (Perspectives in Education / Foundation of Education) position, candidates must have either:
- An M.A. in Education with at least 55% marks, a B.Ed./B. El. Ed. with at least 55% marks, and a NET in Education.
- Or, a postgraduate degree in Social Sciences with at least 55% marks, an M.Ed. degree with at least 55% marks, and a NET in Education.
For the other
Assistant Professor (Pedagogy Subject) posts, candidates must have a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks, an M.Ed. with a minimum of 55% marks, and a NET in Education. A Ph.D. in Education and teaching experience are desirable for all posts.
