2. Overseeing FPO’s daily operations and resources.
3. Making important business decisions with the Board of Directors’ approval
4. Serving as the company’s public face and the primary conduit for communications between the BoDs and business operations.
5. Introducing the company’s latest goods or services.
6. Locating fresh business prospects.
7. Building stronger relationships with customers.
8. Supervising and tracking business and financial affairs.
9. Encouraging the use of digital tools and technology where required to increase operational efficiency
10. Taking the lead in creating the company’s long- and short-term plans.
