Eligibility
As per UGC Regulations, 2018 (and subsequent amendments).
For Professor:
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline with minimum 10 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals and 10 years of teaching/research experience, OR
- A distinguished professional with Ph.D. and 10 years’ industry/research experience.
For Assistant Professor:
- Master’s degree with 55% marks (or equivalent) in relevant/allied subject.
- Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET OR hold a Ph.D. as per UGC guidelines.
- Ph.D. holders from top 500 ranked foreign universities are also eligible.
Desirable:
- Proficiency in Hindi & English.
- Language skills in Marathi/Urdu/Malayalam/Odia for specific regional courses.
- Subject expertise for MA/PG Diploma programs in Media Management, Strategic Communication, Digital Media, and related fields.
