OPGC DGM Recruitment 2026: OPGC invites applications from eligible Indian Citizens for the following position:

• Name of the Post: Deputy General Manager – Ash Utilization
• Grade: E-6

2. Eligibility Criteria (ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ମାପଦଣ୍ଡ)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Any Discipline) from recognized College / University (acquired through regular full-time courses).
• Minimum Relevant Experience: 15 Years post qualification experience as on 01/10/2026.
• Essential Previous Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 03 years in ash utilization/ash management, preferably in a thermal power plant or any industry handling ash and ash management, thereof.
• Maximum Age: 50 Years (As on 01-10-2026).
• Desired Experience: Knowledge of environmental regulations, ash utilization guidelines and transportation/RTO norms.
• Desired Competencies & Skills: Leadership Skills, People Management Skills, Negotiation Skills, Strong coordination, stakeholder management, field execution, compliance and problem-solving skills.

3. Salary Details (ଦରମାବିବରଣୀ)

• Market Based Salary (MBS) structure:
  • Fixed CTC / Per annum (Rs.): 19,00,000/-
  • Variable Pay in Grade: Up to 19% of Fixed CTC
  • Other allowances / reimbursements as per OPGC policy.

4. Job Location (କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥାନ)

• Ib Thermal Power Station, Banharpalli, Jharsuguda / OPGC establishments anywhere in Odisha and/or India.

5. ଚୟନପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା (Selection Process) for OPGC DGM Recruitment 2026

• Personal Interview only.
• Shortlisting process based on performance in Personal Interview, organizational requirement, and vacancies.
• Subject to Medical Fitness.
• Minimum probation period: 01 (one) year.
