Qualification
Essential Qualification: The applicant must have a track record of excellence in the classroom and have earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA) from an accredited university in any field.
Desirable Experience: i. He or she must have at least one and a half years of experience working for corporations, government agencies, public sector units, cooperatives, societies, or externally aided projects.
ii. Priority will be given to those with prior experience working with government entities.
iii. Preference will be given to those with comparable work experience or expertise of working in the Forest Department.
Age limit
As of January 1, 2025, the upper age limit is 32 years old, with a 5-year age relaxation for SC, ST, and SEBC candidates.
Remuneration
The total monthly remuneration, which is consolidated, will be Rs. 25,000.
Tenure
The Data Entry Operator may work there for a maximum of twelve (12) months. The Divisional Forest Officer, Redhakhol, may opt to extend the engagement based on performance.
Working hour
It is anticipated that the data entry operator will be on duty during office opening and closing hours. With mutual consent, the candidate may be asked to work after hours and on days off at the direction of the Redhakhol Forest Division’s Divisional Forest Officer.
Leave Rule
With prior approval from the Redhakhol Forest Division’s Divisional Forest Officer, the candidate is permitted to take 12 days of casual leave annually.

  1. On the day of the interview, candidates should bring their completed applications to the Divisional Forest Office, Redhakhol Forest Division, Redhakhol-Post, Sambalpur District, along with self-attested true copies of their certification, work experience, proof of date of birth, and testimonials of their educational background. They should also bring copies of their exam mark sheets and their current employer’s No Objection Certificate, if they are employed, and the original documents for verification.
  2. In the event that someone claims age relaxation, an original, self-attested photocopy of the Community Certificate is required.
  3. Within seven days of receiving an acceptance letter, the applicant will provide an assurance that they will be able to start working in their current location.
  4. The application should be sent with a brief essay about prior experience.
  5. The candidates will be interviewed for selection on the designated date, which is June 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM, following registration and application review.
